Delicious and easy to prepare, mozzarella meatballs are a delicious appetizer loved mostly by children. They are also a good idea if you want to organize a dinner or aperitif at home for friends.
- A large mozzarella ball
- An egg
- 60 grams of minced parmesan
- One tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 60 grams of grated bread
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Cut the mozzarella cheese into cubes and place in a sieve to drain well.
Then place the mozzarella cubes in the mixer and add the other ingredients: egg, parsley, parmesan, salt and pepper.
Knead until you get a homogeneous mass and then try to give them the best form you can of meatballs.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry for 10 minutes or until golden brown on low heat .
