– 1 cup and a half oats,
– 1 cup almond butter,
– 1/3 cup chia seeds,
– 1 tablespoon + a tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder,
– ¼ cup of ground pistachios,
– spoon of vanilla extract.
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the oatmeal, almond butter, chia seeds, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
Take small pieces of the prepared composition and manually form the balls, then place on baking paper, which should be placed at the bottom of the plastic container with the lid.
Sprinkle the rest of the cocoa powder over the balls.
Refrigerate or freeze deep for 4 hours or overnight.
